My Japa Journey
"Technology meeting Tradition for a focused Sadhana"
Namaste, I'm Nitesh Patil
College Student & Meditation Practitioner
Helping fellow seekers stay consistent in their spiritual practice.
The Story Behind Japa Counter
I am a college student who has been practicing Japa meditation for the past 2 years. Like many of you, I often found it difficult to carry my physical Mala to college, during travel, or while sitting in quiet public spaces.
To solve this for myself and my fellow practitioners, I used my coding skills to build this Digital Japa Counter. What started as a personal tool for my own daily Sadhana is now a platform dedicated to helping thousands of people track their mantras with ease.
My Purpose
Japa Counter Online is built to eliminate the distraction of manual counting. My goal is to let you focus 100% on the vibration of the mantra while the tool handles the math.
Respecting Tradition
Even as a digital tool, I’ve kept the tradition alive by following the 108-bead cycle. It replicates the feeling of a physical Mala to respect the ancient Vedic system.
Why I kept it Free & Private
As a practitioner, I believe spiritual tools should be accessible to everyone. This tool is free to use, and I respect your privacy, your mantra counts are saved locally on your device and are never shared with anyone.
